Allyson Plumberg, M.C. CCC-SLP
Allyson was born in the Midwest of the United States, and spent much of her childhood living in Europe. As a result, she was exposed to numerous languages and accents from a young age.
She received her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University, and her Masters degree at Arizona State University, both with a specialization in speech-language pathology. She also maintains certification with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Allyson is currently providing Clear Speech Coaching in the General American English accent (also known as the “Standard American English” accent).
Over the past three years, she has held over 500 private accent modification sessions with individuals from across the globe. Her clients have included university students, medical doctors, professors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, IT professionals, scientists, architects, and musicians.
Her instruction method varies for each client, and all private lessons are tailored around each client’s unique communication goals.
With proper instruction, ongoing feedback, and lots of dedicated practice, anyone can develop the “roots” required to achieve transformative growth and clarity of their speech.
